- Third-Party Services The Application may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as Twilio for voice and SMS functionality. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. i3 Simple Call Centre is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from your use of these third-party services.
- Call Recording and Monitoring The Application allows for call recording and monitoring for quality assurance and training purposes. By using the Application, you acknowledge and consent to the recording and monitoring of your calls. i3 Simple Call Centre will handle recorded data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Data Protection and Security i3 Simple Call Centre takes reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, i3 Simple Call Centre and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application or any content obtained through the Application.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless i3 Simple Call Centre and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
