Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy governs your use of i3Simple and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Prohibited Content and Communications
Illegal: breaking any applicable law, facilitating illegal activity, infringing intellectual property, violating privacy rights, or unauthorised access to any computer system.
Harmful or abusive: harassing, threatening, intimidating or abusing anyone; hate speech; promoting violence or self-harm; exploiting or endangering minors; stalking or unwanted surveillance.
Fraudulent or deceptive: impersonating a person, business, government agency or law enforcement; false caller ID; materially false representations; phishing or vishing; facilitating financial fraud or identity theft.
Spam: unsolicited commercial calls without the consent the law requires; communications breaching the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA; harvesting contact information without authorisation.
Prohibited Platform Usage
- System integrity: no hacking, unauthorised penetration testing, malware, denial of service, accessing another user’s account, or reverse engineering.
- Account sharing: no sharing one login between people. Each user needs their own account.
- Excessive usage: no activity placing unreasonable load on infrastructure or circumventing usage limits.
- Unauthorised resale: no reselling access without written agreement.
- Data scraping: no systematic extraction beyond the official API.
Absolutely Prohibited — immediate termination
- Political robocalling to voters without prior express written consent, or any voter suppression activity
- Calls to 911 or other emergency services through AI agents
- Calls to hospital patient rooms or healthcare facilities without explicit authorisation
- Calls to people on federal or state do not call lists without a qualifying exemption
- Debt collection calls breaching the FDCPA
- Calls impersonating government agencies (IRS, Social Security Administration, law enforcement)
- Prize, lottery, tech support or immigration enforcement scam calls
- Any calling activity constituting wire fraud
Industry-Specific Requirements
- Healthcare: i3Simple does not currently offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Do not use the platform for protected health information.
- Financial services: comply with the FDCPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and applicable securities regulation.
- Legal services: comply with the rules of professional conduct on client communication and solicitation in your jurisdiction.
- Real estate: comply with licensing law and applicable codes of ethics.
Reporting and Consequences
Report suspected misuse to abuse@i3simple.com; reports may be anonymous. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination without refund, removal of specific campaigns, referral to law enforcement, or civil action.
