i3Simple is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the i3Simple AI voice calling platform.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide: Account registration info (name, business name, email, phone, address), payment information (processed by Stripe), business configuration information (AI agent scripts, conversation flows, knowledge base content), and communications you send us.
Automatically Collected: Log data (IP address, browser type, OS, pages visited), device information, usage data, and cookies.
Call and Communication Data: Call recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries and sentiment analysis, call metadata (phone numbers, duration, timestamps), and contact information of individuals who interact with your AI agents.
From Third Parties: Information from payment processors (Stripe), telephony providers (Twilio), and integration partners you connect to the Service.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and provide access to the platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To operate AI voice agents on your behalf
- To generate call recordings, transcripts, and analytics
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service Providers: Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), OpenAI (language processing), Stripe (payments), Contabo (hosting), email and analytics providers. All are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- With Your Consent: When you have provided explicit consent.
Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after termination.
- Call Recordings & Transcripts: Retained for your subscription duration plus 90 days. You may delete individual recordings at any time.
- Contact Data: Retained for your subscription duration, then deleted 90 days after termination.
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Log Data: Retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls on a need-to-know basis, regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments, and secure data centers. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Correction: Access and update most account information through platform settings.
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting support@i3simple.com. Fulfilled within 30 days.
- Deletion: Request deletion by contacting support@i3simple.com. Processed within 30 days.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
