Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the i3Simple platform. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited Content and Communications
Illegal Content: You may not use the platform to violate any applicable law, facilitate illegal activities, infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, or conduct unauthorized access to any computer system.
Harmful and Abusive Content: You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any individual; use hate speech; promote violence or self-harm; exploit or endanger minors; or conduct stalking or unwanted surveillance.
Fraudulent and Deceptive Content: You may not impersonate any person, business, government agency, or law enforcement; use false caller ID information; make materially false representations; engage in phishing or vishing; or facilitate financial fraud or identity theft.
Spam and Unsolicited Communications: You may not make unsolicited commercial calls without prior express consent, send communications in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA, or harvest contact information without authorization.
Prohibited Platform Usage
- System Integrity: No hacking, penetration testing of our systems, introducing malware, denial of service attacks, accessing other users’ accounts, or reverse engineering the platform.
- Excessive Usage: No activity that places unreasonable load on infrastructure or circumvents usage limits.
- Unauthorized Resale: No reselling platform access without an authorized Agency plan.
- Data Scraping: No systematic extraction of data beyond what is permitted through the official API.
Absolutely Prohibited Use Cases
The following will result in immediate account termination:
- Political robocalling campaigns contacting voters without prior express written consent
- Voter suppression activities of any kind
- Calls to 911 or other emergency services through AI agents
- Calls to hospital patient rooms or healthcare facilities without explicit authorization
- Calls to individuals on federal or state do not call lists without a qualifying exemption
- Debt collection calls violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Calls impersonating government agencies (IRS, Social Security Administration, law enforcement)
- Prize or lottery scam calls
- Tech support scam calls
- Immigration enforcement impersonation calls
- Any calling activity constituting wire fraud under federal law
Industry-Specific Requirements
- Healthcare: Users making calls involving protected health information under HIPAA must execute a Business Associate Agreement with i3Simple before use. Contact legal@i3simple.com.
- Financial Services: Must comply with FDCPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and applicable securities regulations.
- Legal Services: Must comply with applicable rules of professional conduct governing attorney-client communications and solicitation.
- Real Estate: Must comply with applicable real estate licensing laws and NAR code of ethics.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the platform that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@i3simple.com. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
Consequences of Violations
Violations may result in: formal warning, temporary account suspension, permanent termination without refund, removal of specific content or campaigns, reporting to law enforcement, or civil legal action.
