i3Simple uses cookies and similar technologies on i3simple.com and in the platform. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They make sites work, remember preferences, and show how a site is used. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses. Similar technologies include web beacons, local storage and session storage.

What we use

1. Strictly necessary. Required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off: authentication, security (CSRF), load balancing and session cookies.

2. Functional. Language preference, timezone, dashboard layout, notification settings. The platform also uses your browser’s local storage to remember small conveniences such as your chosen language.

3. Third parties. Stripe sets cookies on payment pages, for payments and fraud prevention.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on i3simple.com or in the platform. If that changes, we will update this Policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, such as your preferences, last for up to two years.

Controlling cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary and functional cookies, there is no tracking to opt into or out of. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features will stop working.

Do Not Track

The platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Use the controls above instead.
