Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which i3Simple will issue refunds for subscription fees and credit purchases. We want you to be satisfied with the Service and handle all refund requests fairly and promptly.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days. Exception: if you experience a significant platform outage preventing use for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will consider a prorated refund for the affected period on a case-by-case basis.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Requests within this window will be processed as a full refund less any credits consumed. Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day window.
New Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: New customers who are not satisfied may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and may be exercised once per customer. Contact support@i3simple.com within 7 days of your first payment.
Credit Refunds
Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits consumed through calling activity are non-refundable under any circumstances. Exception: if credits are consumed due to a platform error or technical malfunction on our end, we will restore the affected credits upon investigation and confirmation.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support@i3simple.com within 30 days of the charge with details of the dispute. We will investigate all disputed charges and issue corrections where appropriate. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can typically resolve billing disputes much faster through direct communication.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@i3simple.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your account email address
- The amount you are requesting to be refunded
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details or documentation
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
