Do I need a new phone number?
No. On Pro and Growth, customers keep calling the number they already have. The Free plan uses a system number so you can try it.
How are minutes counted?
Call time is counted in credits. One credit is 60 seconds, rounded up, so a 62-second call uses two credits.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time in your account settings. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable once the month has started. If the platform is down for more than 24 hours in a row through our fault, we refund that period. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Does my team still answer calls?
Yes. Calls ring you and your staff first, for about fifteen seconds. The AI only answers when nobody can.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep it for 90 days in case you come back or want an export, then delete it permanently. See our Privacy Policy.
